2023年11月份建筑材料行業運行情況

2024年11月份,建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)料工(gong)業景氣(qi)指數(shu)為101.9點(dian),較(jiao)(jiao)上月回升0.1點(dian),高于(yu)(yu)臨界點(dian),處(chu)于(yu)(yu)景氣(qi)區間。建(jian)(jian)材(cai)生(sheng)產基(ji)本保(bao)持平穩,產品出廠價格環(huan)比有所回升,但仍(reng)處(chu)于(yu)(yu)低位,經濟效益同(tong)比下降(jiang)。當前(qian)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)材(cai)料市(shi)場需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)仍(reng)以存量項目為主,隨(sui)著(zhu)氣(qi)候轉冷(leng),水泥等建(jian)(jian)材(cai)產品供、需(xu)(xu)出現(xian)季(ji)節性減弱,市(shi)場表現(xian)供大于(yu)(yu)求(qiu),企業生(sheng)產經營壓力仍(reng)然較(jiao)(jiao)大。

1.主要建(jian)材產品(pin)產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)恢復增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)。據(ju)國家(jia)統(tong)計局(ju)數據(ju),11月(yue)份(fen)(fen)規(gui)模(mo)以上建(jian)材工(gong)(gong)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值同(tong)比下降0.6%,降幅比上月(yue)繼續收窄0.5個百(bai)分點。1~11月(yue)份(fen)(fen),規(gui)模(mo)以上建(jian)材工(gong)(gong)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值增(zeng)(zeng)速同(tong)比下降0.6%,增(zeng)(zeng)速與1~10月(yue)份(fen)(fen)持平,低(di)于全國工(gong)(gong)業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)值增(zeng)(zeng)速。11月(yue)份(fen)(fen),在重(zhong)點監測的31種建(jian)材產品(pin)中,有16種產品(pin)產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),15種產品(pin)產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)同(tong)比下降,產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)的產品(pin)種類(lei)比上月(yue)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)1種。其中,規(gui)模(mo)以上水(shui)泥企業(ye)產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)1.9億噸,同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)1.6%;平板(ban)玻璃產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)8185.9萬(wan)重(zhong)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)箱,同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)3.5%,水(shui)泥、平板(ban)玻璃產品(pin)產量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)同(tong)比均由(you)降轉(zhuan)增(zeng)(zeng)。

2.部(bu)分(fen)建(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)產(chan)品(pin)出(chu)廠(chang)價格回升。11月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)建(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)產(chan)品(pin)出(chu)廠(chang)價格指(zhi)數為91.4(2020年(nian)12月(yue)(yue)為100),同(tong)比(bi)下(xia)降8.2%,降幅略有擴大,但環(huan)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)0.1%。1~11月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)建(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)出(chu)廠(chang)價格比(bi)上年(nian)同(tong)期下(xia)降6.7%。在建(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)13個(ge)分(fen)類行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)中,隔(ge)熱保溫材(cai)(cai)料、建(jian)(jian)筑技術玻璃、纖維增(zeng)強(qiang)塑料、衛生陶瓷等(deng)4個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)11月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)出(chu)廠(chang)價格高于(yu)上年(nian)同(tong)月(yue)(yue)水平,其中,平板(ban)玻璃出(chu)廠(chang)價格增(zeng)長(chang)較快。

3.市場(chang)(chang)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)調整優化(hua)效果顯(xian)現。1~11月份(fen),規模以上建(jian)材企業(ye)營業(ye)收(shou)入(ru)同比(bi)下降7.8%,利潤總額(e)同比(bi)下降23.4%,降幅(fu)比(bi)1~10月份(fen)收(shou)窄。面對(dui)外部市場(chang)(chang)環境的不穩定性、不確(que)定性,建(jian)材企業(ye)積(ji)極應對(dui)需求結(jie)(jie)構(gou)轉變,推動產品市場(chang)(chang)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)優化(hua),深(shen)加工(gong)制品和新材料(liao)等新興產業(ye)經濟效益呈增(zeng)長(chang)態(tai)勢。1~11月份(fen),輕質建(jian)材、隔熱保溫材料(liao)、建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)玻(bo)(bo)璃、技術玻(bo)(bo)璃、纖維增(zeng)強(qiang)塑料(liao)、建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)陶瓷、衛生(sheng)陶瓷和非金屬礦采選(xuan)業(ye)等8個子行業(ye)營業(ye)收(shou)入(ru)、利潤總額(e)同比(bi)均保持增(zeng)長(chang),建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)玻(bo)(bo)璃行業(ye)利潤總額(e)同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)顯(xian)著。

4.建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)行業固定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)資(zi)產投(tou)(tou)資(zi)增(zeng)速企(qi)穩(wen)。據(ju)國(guo)家統計局數據(ju),1~11月份,全國(guo)固定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)資(zi)產投(tou)(tou)資(zi)(不含農戶(hu))同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)2.9%,漲幅與(yu)上月持平。按(an)構成(cheng)分(fen)(fen)(fen),建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑安裝(zhuang)工程固定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)資(zi)產投(tou)(tou)資(zi)同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)2.1%;分(fen)(fen)(fen)產業看,支撐(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)行業穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)發(fa)展的基礎(chu)設施投(tou)(tou)資(zi)同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)5.8%。1~11月份,建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)工業固定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)資(zi)產投(tou)(tou)資(zi)同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)0.3%,從一(yi)季度下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)后再次實現(xian)同比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。5.建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)及(ji)(ji)非金屬(shu)(shu)礦(kuang)商品(pin)(pin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)、進口(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。1~11月份,建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)及(ji)(ji)非金屬(shu)(shu)礦(kuang)商品(pin)(pin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)金額(e)401.2億美(mei)元,同比(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)10.1%,降(jiang)(jiang)幅較1~10月份擴大1.2個百(bai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)點(dian)。扣除匯率(lv)變動(dong)、價格下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)影響,建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)實際增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)約4.4%。11月份當月,建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)及(ji)(ji)非金屬(shu)(shu)礦(kuang)商品(pin)(pin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)金額(e)36.1億美(mei)元,同比(bi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)21.0%,建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)商品(pin)(pin)離岸價格比(bi)去年(nian)同月下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)13.9%。其(qi)中,建(jian)(jian)(jian)材(cai)(cai)(cai)大部分(fen)(fen)(fen)產品(pin)(pin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)均出(chu)(chu)現(xian)“量增(zeng)價跌”的情(qing)況;技術玻璃、磚、石灰石和石灰、防水建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑材(cai)(cai)(cai)料、輕質(zhi)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑材(cai)(cai)(cai)料、石墨等商品(pin)(pin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)“量價齊增(zeng)”。

1~11月份,建材(cai)(cai)及非金(jin)(jin)屬礦商(shang)品(pin)進(jin)口(kou)金(jin)(jin)額323.7億美(mei)元(yuan),同(tong)比增(zeng)長4.0%。11月份,建材(cai)(cai)及非金(jin)(jin)屬礦商(shang)品(pin)進(jin)口(kou)金(jin)(jin)額22.0億美(mei)元(yuan),同(tong)比下降42.2%,其(qi)中,白色硅酸鹽水(shui)泥、石棉水(shui)泥制品(pin)、玻璃纖維原料球、砂石、建筑用石、大理(li)石制品(pin)、花崗石制品(pin)、瀝(li)青和改性瀝(li)青防(fang)水(shui)卷材(cai)(cai)、球化石墨(mo)等建材(cai)(cai)商(shang)品(pin)進(jin)口(kou)金(jin)(jin)額增(zeng)長較(jiao)快。
